By creating a TrustORA account or using the platform, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and respect other users.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse escrow, or engage in fraud.

Job posts, bids, and chat content must be truthful and related to legitimate local work. Off-platform payment requests that bypass escrow may void platform protections.

We collect account details, verification documents where required, job and chat records, and wallet activity needed to operate the marketplace and meet compliance obligations.

We use this information to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and improve TrustORA. We do not sell your personal data.

Escrow and wallet payouts on TrustORA settle in Nigerian Naira (NGN). When you fund a job, funds are held until completion is confirmed or a dispute is resolved according to platform rules.

Any USD amounts shown in the product are approximate display conversions only. They are not a settlement currency and may differ from bank or market rates.

Withdrawal to your bank, P2P wallet transfers, and escrow release are subject to verification level, available balance, and applicable platform fees.

If a job cannot be completed as agreed, either party may open a dispute while funds remain in escrow. Keep evidence in job chat — photos, notes, and agreed changes help resolution.

TrustORA reviews disputes using the on-platform record. Outcomes may include release to the artisan, refund to the client, or a split based on work completed.
